An industrial Engineer working at the Institute of Quality and Productivity Management, St. Mary’s University and the President of the Habesha Toastmasters Club. Passionate about Systems Engineering, she combines expertise in Quality Management Systems and contributes to quality improvements in various endeavors.
Demelash Wondimagegn, DTM
Resident Engineer, Digital Marketer, and Program Quality Director for District 114 Toastmasters, committed to adaptable leadership. Since 2018, his Toastmasters journey has focused on empowering others, supporting growth, and promoting lifelong learning across East Africa through training, facilitation, and empathetic leadership.
Donvin Oguda
Business Analyst and trainer in finance, technology, leadership, and communication with experience across public, private, and NGO sectors. A Toastmaster for 4 years, he has served as club treasurer, president, Area Director, and currently District Finance Manager, mentoring members and streamlining processes. Dedicated to growth and empowering others to find their voices.
Emenet Ephrem
Passionate Toastmaster and Ethiopia’s first Pathways DTM with nine years of membership. Agribusiness consultant and certified project manager with over a decade of experience, dedicated to coaching and mentoring youth.
Dr. Kevin Rubia
A Toastmaster since 2020, currently chairs the Toastmasters Leadership Institute for District 114 (East Africa), overseeing training. His areas of expertise include, public speaking, leadership, mentorship and mental health especially of men.
Enanu Makonnen
Human Resources professional with extensive experience since 2005, currently with Ethio Telecom. MBA graduate from the University of Pune, India, and based in Addis Ababa. Active in social responsibilities, member of AWIB, and 2023/24 Toastmasters Club President, passionate about framing company policies.
Ermias Woldaregay
An Information Management Assistant at the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA). With over a decade of experience, specializes in information resource management, system administration and systems analysis. He helps organizations optimize processes, manage complex data systems and find innovative solutions to challenges.
Margaret Njoroge, DTM
A Certified Public Accountant with an MBA in strategic management, is an accomplished management consultant in finance, strategy, and operations. A Distinguished Toastmaster, she has held leadership roles at club and district levels. Currently, she serves as District 114 Club Growth Director, passionately empowering others to reach their potential.
Ruth Ayalew
A Junior Research Analyst at Renew Capital with a background in economics. She has held leadership roles in Toastmasters and Rotaract, including President, Area Director, and Professional Development Director. Dedicated to community service and personal growth, she combines her professional pursuits with a passion for crochet.
Wangu Kamundia, DTM
Her Toastmasters journey has enabled her to hone her skills in public speaking, delivery of feedback and team leadership. She helps individuals and organisations unlock their communication genius and actualise their visions by helping them understand how their team dynamics influence performance and synthesise data and resources for astounding results.
