Your club is “Where Leaders Are Made” and the world needs to know about it. What are some of the creative ways that you can reach your community or organization to highlight the importance of developing public speaking and leadership skills?

Share with us the activity that you have planned for the leadership week to showcase your club and stand to win $60.

How have you grown as a public speaker and leader?

How have your skills grown during your time in Toastmasters? How have these developed skill helped you in your personal life or career?  We would like to here your story. In addition, your story would be a powerful way for your club to attract new members.

Record a short social media video (story or reel) or write a 700-1000 word article sharing your growth and stand to win $60.

Target Past Guests and Past Members For Your Event

Reach out to past guest to attend.

This is the time to finaly convert the guests you have been pursuing. If you have a guest mailing list or a WhatsApp group with past guest, design an event that will enticing to them. Have a plan on how you how you will have personal invites to them.

Reach out to past members to attend

Past members could share the growth that they have experienced in your club. Take time to invite them to come visit your club during the event. This could be the thing that reignites their passion to continue with their public speaking journey in your club.

Prepare Your Club to Convert Guests During Your Event

Take the survey to assess your club and to know how to create a positive new member experience.

Two of the six mark of a high quality club are

1) a warm first impressions to guest.

2) a smooth new member orientation.

We can only help our community if guest are encourgage to return and join our club and if new members receive help to quickly start their personal development journey with us. The new member experience survey is a handy way to assess how well your club is doing in these two areas.
